Consumertrics, a leading consumer advocacy organisation, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Glanvill Enthoven on promoting value-added services in insurance policies.
Glanvills is a first-generation insurance broker and pensions consultant in Nigeria and boasts of an impressive reinsurance structure in the United Kingdom.
Based on the pact, Consumertrics says its aim is to ensure consumers get after-sales services from their insurers, such as prompt reimbursement of damages.
The Consumertrics team at the MoU signing comprised its chief executive Mr. Muyiwa Ayojimi, Mr. Aleshin Olusola (E.D Turnkey projects); and, Mr. Asabi Abimbola (E.D Marketing). On the Glanvills’ side are its MD/CEO, Mr. Olasupo Falana, Mr. Olawale John( Head of Technical), and, Mr. Joshua Oniyilo (Head of Business Development).
Speaking on the move, Mr. Ayojimi said that “every consumer of insurance service counts and the apathy around policy subscription is one of the issues Consumertrics is seeking to resolve in the insurance industry through bespoke management service and turnkey policies support processes.”
He added, ” Consumertrics will intensify its effort especially in providing consumer advisory services, trendsetting, and promoting Consumer Governance across sectors.
