Consumertrics Chief Executive, Ayojimi, congratulates winners of Consumer Value Awards, harps on customer prioritisation in business

 

Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Consumertrics, Mr. Muyiwa Ayojimi, has felicitated with notable brands that won big at the just concluded Consumer Value Awards held at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Ikeja.

Mr. Ayojimi, said the event which held on September 7, 2023, was indeed in line with providing robust consumer value in every meaning of the word, urging brands to continue to priotitise consumer welfare  and value not minding the Nigerian hash economic realities.

According to him: “Month in, month out, organisations and their brands have responded to a challenging economic environment in remarkable ways, by showcasing resilience and commitment to customer value.”

“The Consumer Value Awards recognise brands that have implemented successful consumer value strategies.”

The Consumertrics Chief Executive then promised: “The Consumertrics team is happy to support the Consumer Value Awards and will continue to do so for future awards.”

In his welcome address, Mr. Akonte Ekine, Chief Analyst, BrandXchange  and the organiser of Consumers Value Awards said: “We are delighted to have you all here today as we gather to celebrate excellence in consumer satisfaction under the theme of “Consumer Satisfaction Index.”

“Tonight, as we gather to applaud these exceptional brands, let us also celebrate the spirit of informed consumerism that drives us all towards a brighter and more fulfilling future.”

According to Mr. Ekine, “the Consumer Satisfaction Index is a mirror reflecting the synergy between the demands of consumers and the passion of brands to meet those demands.”

Notable  winners at the 2023 Value for Money Awards, included, Lafarge Elephant who bagged BEST VALUE FOR MONEY CEMENT BRAND 2023 and OPAY who carted away, “BEST VALUE FOR MONEY VIRTUAL BANK BRAND 2023.

While Leadway Assurance went home with “BEST VALUE FOR MONEY PFA PENSION BRAND 2023, Bolt won the award for “BEST VALUE FOR MONEY MOBILITY APP BRAND 2023.

Also, Hypo earned “BEST VALUE FOR MONEY TOILET CLEANER BRAND 2023 and Chicken Republic got the award for “BEST VALUE FOR MONEY FAST FOOD BRAND 2023.

Others were Checkers for “BEST VALUE FOR MONEY CUSTARD BRAND 2023; Haier Thermocool with the “BEST VALUE FOR MONEY HOME APPLIANCES BRAND 202; Bovas with BEST VALUE FOR MONEY FUEL STATION BRAND 2023 among very many others.
